Kekumukula, I didn't know "mama" has a second meaning of "hot babe", until a friend told me last week. In my term, "mama" only means Mom, that's what my son call me in Cantonese "mama". :p It's good to know tho.
Melanie, There is sweet soy sauce you can get in Asian supermarket, that's more sweet favor than regular soy sauce, I loves to mix it with rices or noodles. Best for use in Hot pot rice. Popular brand in Hong Kong is "Lee Kum Kee". look like this: http://www.amazon.com/Lee-Kum-Kee-14-Ounce-Bottle/dp/B001TJWCRA
